LostXchange is headquartered in Melbourne, with a dedicated sourcing branch in Japan. We specialise in giving customers access to high-quality luxury items that are often unavailable in local markets.

What we do

Our Japanese branch handles thousands of authenticated luxury goods each week. From this volume, we select standout pieces for LostXchange members. These are made available for a short window before moving to other channels, which is why you'll see countdown timers on many listings. Once the timer ends, the item is no longer available here.

Every item on LostXchange is inspected by experienced luxury goods specialists using industry-standard methods and technology. We also operate under Japan's extremely strict resale laws, which require thorough verification of provenance and authenticity before any luxury item can be sold.

Our process includes:

• Verification of serial numbers, stamps, and hallmarks
• Review of packaging and accessories where applicable

Condition grades

To make your buying decision easier, we use a clear grading scale based on internationally recognised resale standards. This grading is applied after a hands-on inspection by our team in Japan, so you know exactly what to expect when your item arrives.
